Pop! Vinyl: Pokémon

I had the absolute honor of working on the first 3 waves of Pokémon pop. It's fun to look back on my initial concepts for Pikachu and the 3 starters when the thought of working with the Pokémon team was a mere dream. Little did I know four years later the dream of working on official Pokémon product would come true.

Concept, Color and Box Art for this set.

Decided to sculpt my own Pikachu pop after learning 3D modeling. I added a nose as the original figure only had a pad printed nose. Also separated and keyed each part for alignment.

Figures included Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Eevee, Mewtwo, Growlithe, Pichu, Vulpix, Mr. Mime, Cubone, Rattata, grumpy Pikachu, and waving Pikachu.
